| 2008 OFFICERS |
Another Masonic year has passed with the election of new officers to govern the lodge. I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the outgoing Master, Joseph E. Henderson Jr. Brother Henderson has governed our lodge with justice and equity. We have learned so much from him through his innovative programs presented throughout the past year. He has emphasized Masonic education during his term and enlightened us on the history of Freemasonry. And on a personal note, I would just like to thank him for his support and guidance throughout the past year. I will truly miss seeing him in the East.
With that said... Let me congratulate our new Master, Timothy G. Hawk, on his advancement to the East. I am looking forward to his programs while he is there.
Sincerely,
Brother Robert W. Lovic
Senior Warden and Webmaster
"Freemasonry teaches moral lessons and self-knowledge through... an approach to life which seeks to reinforce thoughtfulness for others, kindness in the community, honesty in business, courtesy in society and fairness in all things. Members are urged to regard the interests of the family as paramount but importantly Freemasonry also teaches and practices concern for people, care for the less fortunate and help for those in need. Membership is open to men of all faiths who are law-abiding, of good character and who acknowledge a belief in God. Freemasonry is a multi-racial and multi-cultural organization. It has attracted men of goodwill from all sectors of the community into membership. There are similar organizations for women."
